Do you ever wake up and have that feeling that you've inadvertently done something to upset someone else? Well I do, now I feel rotten for it and I can't really make it go away because I'm not exactly a person who'll "confront her fears".

I used to get bitter about things like this and blame the other person but I'd like to think that I've grown up a bit. Is it selfish to do something that makes you happy but might be frowned upon by someone else? Well not frowned upon... I just don't understand if what I'm doing is a -bad thing- or not. I'm really quite confused and just don't want anyone to feel bad over something I've done or something that I "didn't do".

Anyway this is all very depressing and I need to go to work now...
